M Bowen Square, Daventry reaches full occupancy following two new lettings

M Bowen Square, the 110,395 sq ft retail scheme in Daventry town centre owned and managed by LCP UK, part of M Core, has reached full occupancy following two new lettings.
Myton Hospice has taken Unit 10, comprising 1,267 sq ft at ground floor and 345 sq ft at first floor, on a five-year term. BoyleSports has let Unit 9, extending to 1,612 sq ft, on a 10-year term.
The two deals complete the letting programme across the scheme's 38 units, bringing M Bowen Square to 100% occupancy. Anchored by Waitrose and with a tenant line-up that includes Boots, Specsavers, Holland & Barrett and Costa, the centre attracts average footfall of over 87,000 people per week, drawing on an immediate district population of over 72,000 and a wider catchment of 300,000 within a 20km radius.
