Southfield Industrial Estate reaches full occupancy as EPS Services & Tooling completes move to unit 54

Southfield Industrial Estate in Glenrothes has reached full occupancy, LCP UK, part of M Core has confirmed, following a run of lettings that has filled all 20 units across the estate's 158,739 sq ft.

Six new lettings have completed at Southfield over the past 18 months. The estate's occupier base is a mix of local and national businesses.

Among those lettings, Unit 54 Nasmyth Road, a fully refurbished unit now occupied by EPS Services & Tooling Ltd, was one of the first to complete its fit-out and open. EPS has relocated its Fife branch to the premises, in a move that gives the timber trade specialist a larger working area, designed to support greater accuracy, improved efficiency and continued customer service across the region.

The letting caps a strong run for LCP UK, part of M Core in Scotland. It follows the announcement that Princes Square by M in Glasgow has also reached full occupancy, the culmination of a two-year repositioning of the Buchanan Street landmark that included new lettings to Anthropologie, & Other Stories and All Saints among others.
