LCP Poland, part of M Core, has been recognised with two award wins at the 18th CEE Annual Retail Awards.

The M Park collection was named Retail Park Chain of the Year, highlighting the strength, consistency and scalability of the M Park brand across Poland. In addition, M Park Szubin received the award for Retail Project , Medium, recognising the quality, performance and local relevance of the scheme. 

These awards reflect a period of sustained growth and focused execution for LCP Poland. Our Polish portfolio has now expanded to more than 100 properties, including over 70 M Park retail parks, making it one of the strongest and most established retail park platforms in the region. This continued expansion is underpinned by our continued expansion across suitable locations, delivering disciplined asset management and our commitment to long-term value creation for tenants, communities, and business partners. 

The recognition from the CEE Annual Retail Awards reinforces our commitment to delivering resilient, convenience-led retail destinations that respond to both community needs and evolving consumer behaviour.
