M Core acquires Dukes Walk Shopping Centre, Waterlooville
"Dukes Walk is a well-established town centre asset with a strong occupier base and an important role in serving the day-to-day needs of local residents. The centre adds to our presence in the South East and our focus now is on active management to support occupancy and the needs of the local community."
Sheet Anchor Evolve, part of M Core, has completed the acquisition of Dukes Walk Shopping Centre in Waterlooville, Hampshire.
Dukes Walk is a well-established shopping centre in the heart of Waterlooville, extending to approximately 42,500 sq ft. The scheme is home to a mix of national and independent occupiers, including One Beyond, PureGym, The Works, Savers, Card Factory, Holland & Barrett, Bonmarché and Edinburgh Woollen Mill. It benefits from more than 250 car parking spaces, supporting its role as a convenient destination for local shoppers.
Waterlooville sits approximately eight miles north of Portsmouth, with road connections via the A3(M) providing direct access to Portsmouth, Guildford and London.
The acquisition reinforces M Core's investment in the Southeast, where the group acquired the retail units at Abacus House on London Road in Brighton in February 2026.
Danny O'Keefe, Co-Founder of Sheet Anchor Evolve, part of M Core, said:
