M Core celebrates fifth M Park opening in Poland this year with launch of M park Ropczyce

M Core, the pan-European real estate investment and management group, has marked another milestone in Poland with the opening of M Park Ropczyce – its fifth retail park opening in the country this year.

Located in Ropczyce, just 35 km from Rzeszów, M Park Ropczyce brings more than 4,500 sqm of new retail space to the town, offering a high-quality and fully let mix of national and international brands, including Aldi, Sinsay, Rossmann, Pepco, Dealz, CCC, and Worldbox. The scheme is strategically positioned on one of the town’s main roads and benefits from 140 parking spaces for local shoppers.

Acquired by M Core’s Polish platform LCP during the development phase in summer 2024, the scheme was delivered in partnership with Genesis Property, which acted as the general contractor and handled the leasing process. At launch, the park was 100% let – underlining both the strength of the location and M Core’s ability to actively manage and deliver successful, income-producing assets in regional markets.

As with all new developments in the M Park portfolio, the scheme has been designed with sustainability in mind. Plans are in place to install electric vehicle charging points, solar panels and water-saving systems. The development is targeting a BREEAM certification of at least ‘Very Good’.
