M Core Expands Investment Portfolio in Poland with M Park Ozorków Development
LCP Poland, part of M Core and a leading investor in Poland’s retail park sector, has announced the development of M Park Ozorków, reinforcing its commitment to strategic growth in the region.
Following the completion of the land acquisition from Genesis Property, the project will bring a modern retail facility spanning 5,600 sqm GLA, housing 10 tenants. At the time of purchase, seven units had already been leased, demonstrating strong market demand. The opening is scheduled for the second quarter of next year.
Located at 3 Maja Constitution Street, approximately 40 km from Łódź, M Park Ozorków will feature a 180-space parking area and incorporate ESG-aligned infrastructure, including solar panel-ready roofing and EV charging stations. The project is set to achieve BREEAM certification at a minimum "Very Good" level.
Genesis Property will oversee construction and leasing, with confirmed tenants including Rossmann, Xtreme Fitness, Sinsay, and Aldi. This marks LCP Poland’s third recent collaboration with Genesis Property, underscoring its continued investment in local retail development.
M Park Ozorków will join the established M Park portfolio in the Łódź region, alongside M Park Brzeziny, M Park Łask, and M Park Łódź.
