M Core opens M Park Ozorków in Poland
The M Core Poland team celebrated another opening, marking yet another important milestone in the continued expansion of our retail park portfolio in Poland.
M Park Ozorków delivers over 5,600 sq. m. of GLA, welcoming 10 diverse tenants and reinforcing our strategy of creating convenient, accessible retail destinations that serve local communities. This opening is further proof of the consistent development and strength of our retail park portfolio, as well as the growing demand for well-located, everyday shopping destinations.
The project was delivered in close cooperation with Genesis Property, who was responsible for both the implementation and commercialisation of the investment.
M Park Ozorków features a strong tenant mix designed to meet a wide range of customer needs. Among the brands welcoming customers are well-known names such as ALDI, Rossmann, Xtreme Fitness, Sinsay, CCC, and Worldbox, alongside other independent retailers that enhance the park’s offer.
This latest opening represents another important step in strengthening our presence in Poland and we look forward to seeing M Park Ozorków become an integral part of the local community and to continuing our momentum with further exciting projects ahead.
