M Park Zawiercie opens: The third M Park launch of 2026

M Park Zawiercie was developed in partnership with PKB Inwest Budowa, who led both general contracting and leasing. The scheme delivers nearly 15,500 sqm of gross leasable area across eleven tenants.

The retail park is located in the western part of Zawiercie at 3 Inwestycyjna Street, adjacent to a key roundabout connecting Wojska Polskiego Street with the Zagłębiowska route. The site includes 430 car parking spaces and EV charging infrastructure. The development is targeting BREEAM certification at a minimum of Very Good.

The scheme brings several brands to Zawiercie for the first time: Castorama, HalfPrice, Worldbox, Smyk, and Xtreme Kids each open their first city location here. The full line-up includes Lidl, CCC, Rossmann, TEDi, and Pepco.
