Proudreed, part of M Core, France's leading private real estate company, today announced the “first pillar” of its first multi-storey business building, at the heart of its Bobigny Veellage in Seine-Saint-Denis.
The Bobigny Veellage is Proudreed's first vertical business premises project, designed to support local authorities in their efforts to densify and requalify industrial sites, while optimizing space usage. This BREEAM-certified project is fully in line with Proudreed's strategy to actively contribute to the revitalization and rebalancing of local areas, while meeting environmental challenges.
Located in the ZI des Vignes industrial zone, close to the Francilienne motorway, this 18-metre-high stacked building is primarily intended for industrial companies. The MBy-type building complies with the new charter established by Proudreed for its Veellages: wooden balconies in the mezzanine offices, optimized glazed surfaces to maximize natural light, a green roof and carefully designed landscaping. Additionally, the building meets all relevant environmental standards.
The project will be divided into 33 units, which can be grouped according to the needs of the occupants. It will offer a total floor area of over 11,000 m² on a 6,200 m² footprint. It will include 22 units of 275 m² on the first floor, each with 75 m² mezzanine floors. These 22 units will form a two-sided building, comprising 11 units to which a vertical extension of 11 additional units will be added. The upper floor will be accessible via a ramp for vehicles weighing up to 7.5 tonnes.
The work is being carried out by builder AXESS. The project completion is scheduled for June 2025.
