M Core Group continues to expand in Spain

This retail park is in line with M Core's strategy of investing in quality retail assets with asset management potential in Spain.
M Core Spain, in partnership with BN Capital Partners, has acquired its third retail park, Vía Sabadell in Barcelona, following its previous acquisitions of the Quadernillos shopping center in Madrid (Alcalá de Henares) and the Vista Alegre retail park in Zamora.
Opened in 2012, this retail park is strategically located in Sabadell, just 10 minutes from Barcelona. As part of the largest retail complex in the Vallès Occidental region, it attracts nearly 2 million visitors annually and boasts over 100,000 m² of gross leasable area. The complex features major brands such as IKEA, Leroy Merlin, and Mercadona, along with a diverse selection of other stores and restaurants.
M Core Spain has acquired a 62% stake in Via Sabadell, representing 37,000 m² leased to some twenty retailers, including Conforama, Media Markt, Wala, Pepco and Planet Fitness.

The buyers were advised by Cell Finanzas, legal advisors Eversheds and technical advisor Savills. The seller was advised by Cushman & Wakefield and Perez Lorca.
